As we reach the mid-year point, it is timely to reflect on our 2026 kick-off, where we began the year with a highly interactive strategy day focused on the theme of intentional growth. The day provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of 2025 while setting clear and purposeful priorities for the year ahead, aligning the business’s objectives with its team culture and wellbeing.

We celebrated key milestones from the past year and revisited our mission, values, and ‘Proven Approach’. It was also a valuable opportunity to discuss the impact we want to make in 2026 for our clients and the broader community.

The outcome was a strong sense of alignment, renewed energy, and a shared commitment to continue building a thoughtful, sustainable, and forward-thinking practice throughout 2026.
