Emma holds a Master’s in Planning and Sustainable Development from University College Cork, and brings planning experience from both Ireland and Victoria to every project she manages.

Since joining Keen Planning in 2023, Emma has developed strong expertise across residential, commercial, and heritage developments. She brings a strategic mindset to every project, looking beyond the immediate approval to consider the bigger picture for her clients, and is known for her thorough, client-focused approach to navigating council requirements.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys cooking, camping, hiking, and swimming.
